DESIGNED TO BE FRIENDLY, FUN and EFFECTIVE
Our course consists of the required 40 hours of education necessary to satisfy the Board’s pre-licensure requirements. You must be prepared to attend all forty hours and to make up -- during a future scheduled class -- any time that may have been missed. Attendance is monitored. Make-up options are offered during future scheduled classes. There is a $50 administrative fee to make up class days in a later class. We generally offer one or two live classes per month.
Upon completing the course, you’ll receive your stamped Education Certificate that documents completion of your pre-licensure education and is necessary to take the licensing exam. In class, we make sure you understand all the steps necessary to take -- and pass -- your exam. We provide students with our power point presentation, their own text book, and free access to our online library of our instructor's continuing education videos as bonus material. What sets our classes apart is the instructor’s experience of brokerage and a teaching style that presents the material in a way that helps you understand real estate — and get excited about it! (We promise he does not just read out of a book!)
